Gear oil transfer pump
Horizontal, self priming gear pump is used to transfer lubricating oil or other fluids similar to lubricating oil without solid particles and fibers at the temperature below 200 degree celsius and the viscosity of 5 to 1500 Cst. It can be also used in hydraulic system. Reducing the rotary speed, the pump can deliver the liquids whose viscosity can be up to 500,000Cst.
YCB gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft ,shaft sleeve, pump body, pump cover and seal etc. The gears are adopted double circular teeth shape, which makes the gears less wear on gear surface, stable revolution, low noise,long service life and high efficiency. Seals can be mechanical seal or packing seal, which can be chosen according to the user¡¯s requirements.
