Chemical centrifugal pump for acids unloading
IHF single-stage single-suction steel-lined fluoroplastic, polypropylene and other chemical centrifugal pumps (IHF centrifugal pumps for short) are designed according to international standards and combined with the process of non-metallic pumps, and manufactured with tortoiseshell mesh lining technology. Co***red with other similar pumps, IHF centrifugal pumps have the advantages of anti-falling and anti-cracking lining. The pump body is made of metal shell lined with polytetrafluoroethylene propylene (F46), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polypropylene (PP), etc. The pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are made of metal inserts wrapped with fluoroplastics and sintered and pressed as a whole. The shaft seal is an externally mounted mechanical seal with excellent sealing performance. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump.
